The Ministry of Commerce has partnered up with Wing Cambodia Ltd Specialised Bank for the processing of fees for its online business registration system.
With this new partnership, Wing becomes the fourth bank able to process payments for the new online business registration system. The other three banks allowed to handle business registry fees are ACLEDA Bank, Canadia Bank and Foreign Trade Bank (FTB).
Chhun Vattanak Phakdey, Wing’s enterprise business director, said that businesses would be able to make payments using Wing’s network of 4,000 agents nationwide before the end of the year.
“Our agents work seven days a week so this is very helpful for businesses,” he said. “They can manage their time and make payments whenever it is convenient.”
Since the system was officially launched in December last year, over 10,000 companies have incorporated or re-registered using the automated service.
