The Overseas Security Advisory Council of the US Department of State is hosting a discussion on the crime situation in Phnom Penh and Cambodia, as well as other outstanding business such as security and the upcoming national elections. This event is free and will be held at the Jackie'O Room of the US Embassy in Phnom Penh

A primary goal of OSAC is to develop an effective security communication network. Consequently, the Phnom Penh OSAC Country Council invites all US businesses, academia, faith-based groups, and non-governmental organisations to become constituents.
There is no cost involved with OSAC constituency.
