    The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (“MoLVT”) has required investors, companies, factories and enterprises to complete their quota request for foreign labor through their online management system which is available on the homepage of MoLVT from 1 September 2016.

    Foreigners working in Cambodia must comply with the request form “Work Permit and Employment Card” through the online management system from the date stated above.

    The online management system is managed by E-Solutions (Cambodia) Co., Ltd and requires relevant entities and relevant applicants to provide payment according to the following fee schedule:

    • $30 per proposal in addition to the public service fee in order to request the quota for foreign labor which shall be paid through the bank system.
    • $30 per foreigner employee in Cambodia in addition to the public service fee in order to request a new work permit/ employment card or extend a work permit/ employment card which shall be paid through the bank system.

    Foreigners who have recently entered Cambodia for employment or are currently working in Cambodia may use their own Health Certificate if valid to apply for a work permit/ employment card or to extend a work permit/ employment card upon request for certification from the Department of Occupational Health and Safety.
