About B2B

Please note: B2B Cambodia does not offer or provide business or consultation services of any kind. Thank you.

Master Media (Cambodia) Co Ltd was founded in 2010 as the sister company to Pocket Guide (Cambodia), which has been publishing food, drink and entertainment-related travel guides since 2004. Collectively we now produce a number of separate titles including Phnom Penh and Siem Reap Pocket Guides, Tourist Maps and Chinese Tourist Maps, Expatlife featuring Door-2-Door Food Delivery Guide, and our latest projects, ANGKOR, the in-flight magazine of Cambodia Angkor Air, the Kingdom’s national flag carrier and ARUN, the in-flight magazine for Sky Angkor Airlines.

With 3850 new businesses registering with the Ministry of Commerce in 2014, Cambodia continues to be one of the region’s fastest-growing economies and an attractive option for investors. Foreign investment reached around $4 billion during 2014*, GDP growth averaged in excess of 7% from 2011-14**, and similar growth is widely predicted during 2016 and beyond.

Doing business in the Kingdom presents its own unique set of challenges, especially to newcomers. While the infrastructure is improving rapidly, access to the latest information and “know-how” is often limited to those who have spent years developing networks of contacts and associates.

Since 2012, B2B CAMBODiA has provided business owners and managers with an easily accessible source of the latest information, combined with practical, “boots on the ground“ advice to help them navigate their way through the complexities of achieving their business objectives.

Drawing from extensive interviews and surveys of more than 250 of Cambodia’s leading business people and industry experts, B2B provides its ever-widening audience with articles, news, event information, directory listings, and more.

B2B CAMBODiA is the result of an extensive research programme involving in-depth interviews and surveys conducted with more than 250 of the country’s leading business practitioners, industry insiders, and people who have recently set up businesses themselves and can speak from recent first-hand experience.

B2B is divided into sections covering themes such as: company setup and registration; setting up banking facilities; finding an office; recruiting and training staff; connecting to telecom services; seeking legal and accounting advice; marketing products and services; managing security; transport and so forth. We also provide details of government ministries, business chambers and industry associations that can offer guidance, support and networking opportunities.

The narrative content is combined with selected directory listings of relevant businesses that, based on our research, we believe can offer high quality solutions to the needs of Cambodia’s English-speaking business owners and managers.

The website contains all the information from the printed publication, together with value-adding content in the form of business news, feature articles and market reports from industry insiders, a calendar of business events, a classifieds section and an online forum where viewers can engage in dialogue on a wide range of subjects related to business in Cambodia.

Our company comprises a dedicated team of seven expatriate and eight Cambodian full-time staff, together with three part-time Cambodian staff and a medley of external writers, photographers and associates. Please see the “CONTACT US” section for further information.

With our focus on a corporate audience, whether company owners and managers or those travelling to Cambodia for business purposes, B2B offers a range of promotional programmes for companies and individuals offering products and services to an English-speaking commercial customer base.
