Ministry of Cults & Religion (MCR)

Given the prevalence of Buddhist pagodas throughout Cambodia there is a government ministry to regulate them and other religions. The Ministry determines whether a temple, pagoda, church or mosque may be built, or if its congregation may enter into Cambodia.
