The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham) will host its 2020 AGM (Annual General Meeting) on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh.

The registration for Board Member applications and CSR Awards applications will open up before the AGM.

AmCham said “The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia’s annual general meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of members and interested shareholders. At our AGM, the Board of Governors will present an annual report containing information for shareholders about AmCham’s performance and strategy.”
At the 2020 AGM, the election or re-election of six members to the Board will take place.

Eligible members may also vote early, and we will provide more information concerning the voting process soon.

AmCham CSR Excellence Awards

AmCham will also announce the winners of their annual CSR Excellence Awards, which are given in order to raise awareness about CSR among AmCham Cambodia members and the community and to recognise the companies and individuals with the best-practice CSR programs in Cambodia.

There are three categories

1. Companies with more than 50 employees
2. Companies with fewer than 50 employers
3. Social Entrepreneur of the Year
