EuroCham’s Real Estate and Construction Committee is hosting the Breakfast Talk: “Beyond the Square Meter: Property Measurement Standardisation, a Global Perspective” on Thursday, 7th September 2023 at Raffles Hotel Le Royal from 9:00 am – 11:30 am.
The events say that a major concern facing the real estate and construction sector in Cambodia “is the lack of standardised measurement techniques. This leads to issues for professionals in the sector, including navigating different definitions and delaying projects to clarify any confusion regarding measurements.”
Local experts will discuss and analyse international best practices to increase consumer and investor confidence within the sector.
