Do something different this month and instead of quaffing your regular gin with any old tonic, come and try some fascinating pairings created by Phnom Penh's resident Gin Doctor! Gin Doctor Thomas Bianco and Il Forno restaurateur Ed Carminati have come together to match blossoming botanicals, inspired tonics and decadent nibbles in a celebration of all things gin! A flight of 3 G&T's will be served, paired with the finest tapas. For those of you wanting to make a night of it, guests staying to dine at Il Forno will enjoy a 10% discount on the A La Carte menu.
