Cambodian Labour Law and Compliance “When operating business in Cambodia, any company or organization has to follow and comply with the Kingdom’s Labour Law.” Cambodian Labour Law and Compliance is designed to provide human resource managers, HR professionals, non-human resource executives and all managers the understanding of enforcement, practices and labour compliance regulated by Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT). This program is an advanced practical and intensive lecture and discussion on all aspects, articles and current enforcement of the law. About the Trainer Huon Soeur, Senior Trainer and Consultant of Labour Law Program Soeur is the Deputy Director of Labor Dispute Department to the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT) and Representative of MoLVT to Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). He monitors and inspects the labour law compliance implementation at national level across Cambodia with his 25 years of experiences in Cambodia labour law. He is an expert in Cambodian Labour Law and has trained thousands of employees and employers in Cambodia on labor law-related topics. He has been training lawyers, arbitrators, trade unions and provincial departments of labour so far on Cambodian labour law. Also, he has completed several technical training programs on Labour Inspection and Labor Dispute Resolution, Arbitration Resolution, Industrial Relations, Occupational Safety and Health in Cambodia, Thailand, China, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam. He is regularly invited to speak on Cambodian Labour Law Guide to groups of foreign investors at foreign direct investment and international forums in Cambodia, China, South Korea and some other countries in Europe. Cost: $250 (includes lunch, coffee, refreshment and learning materials) The program fee does not include taxes. No tax for individual participants who pay their own fee. 15% withholding tax will be grossed up to invoice for those participants paid by their company. After enrollment notification, we will send you an invoice via email. Payment of the program fees is required to be made prior to the start of the program. Participants can request to make the payment after completion of the program within 15 days of the invoice date. We accept payments by bank wire transfer, company checks and cash. Participants are required to notice us about their cancellation at least 7 days prior to the training and the fees will be fully refunded. Notice of cancellation less than 7 days will be fully charged. Notice of cancellation shall be notified via written email.
