EuroCham Cambodia AGM 2020

Update: The AGM was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak and now will be held on September 9th.
A statement from EuroCham said:
“We will postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was planned for 24 March. As the election of EuroCham’s new Board of Directors was due to take place during this, the existing Board will continue to discuss how best to proceed and will remain in place until the situation becomes clearer.”
The EuroCham Board of Directors has unanimously decided to set our Annual General Meeting date to Wednesday 09 September at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
The activity report and financial report will be followed by the ELECTION OF THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS for the mandate 2020-2022.
The AGM will start at 11:00 am. The activity and financial reports will be followed by the election of the new Board of Directors for the mandate 2020-2022.

In order to stand for election to become a Board Member, candidates need to complete a form and send it to the EuroCham office.
