AmCham and InCham present “An Evening with H.E. KONG Vibol – Cambodian Taxation: Outlook and Plans for the Future”

After completing a degree at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Kong Vibol worked for Coopers & Lybrand in Australia. He returned to Cambodia and from 1994 to 1997 served as Deputy Cabinet Director of the First Prime Minister.

From 1997 to 1998 he served as the Chief of Cabinet of HRH Prince Norodom Ranariddh. From May 1999 to July 2004 he served as the Vice-Chairman, Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), while also serving as Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Since July 2004 he has served as Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice-Chairman, Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), Kingdom of Cambodia. He is also the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.
