AmCham is holding a special full-day “The Rise of Capital Markets and Venture Capital in Cambodia” forum on Thursday, December 8th 2022 at the Dara Airport Hotel. The forum will explore the emergence of capital markets and private equity in the Kingdom of Cambodia and will include speakers from all categories of capital markets; including the Cambodia Stock Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, the Bond Market, the Underwriters, the Investors and Funds, as well as start-ups, entrepreneurs and capital seekers. Subjects will include the roots of the Cambodia Stock Exchange and its journey from 2011 to the present and its future plans; the capital markets in the Kingdom; the process of listing; raising capital through private equity and venture capital; developing the fund management industry; and experience sharing from a selection of Cambodia's best entrepreneurs and start-ups. This is the first annual Capital Markets Forum in the Kingdom, covering the range of capital sources, with the country's leading experts.
