For this year’s Water and Moon Festival, the Ministry of Tourism is going to organise a riverside stage for foreign guests who are interested in watching the boat racing.

Hotels in Phnom Penh are encouraged to inform the Cambodian Hotel Association how many passes they would like for their guests. This information will then be passed to the Ministry.

A map of road closures and timing is also expected to be released before the festival.
