Cambodia Real Estate Show To Exhibit Developments, Opportunities

With strong growth prospects as well as a boom in the real estate and construction sector, more investors and developers are shifting their investment towards the Cambodian market. To showcase the leading developments and investment opportunities that Cambodia has to offer, Realestate.com.kh is organising the Cambodia Real Estate Show, held on May 5 and 6 at NagaWorld’s grand ballroom on the second floor. 

The event is expected to be attended by thousands of local and regional property investors, which will help property seekers understand how to safely invest in this exciting market. Throughout the two days of the Cambodia Real Estate Show, seminars will be run by renowned experts of the industry. These include Sok Siphana & Associates managing partner Sok Siphana, Sok Siphana & Associates senior partner Matthew Rendall,Cambodian Investment Management CEO Anthony Galliano, developer and real estate agent consultant Jasper Shin, JSM Indochina chief operation officer Christophe Forsinetti, Metro Global Pte Ltd general manager Simon Griffiths, vKIRIROM president Takeshi Izuka, DL Edvance brand principal Athanasius Pang, head of international developers business for PropertyGuru Group Jo Chua, SC Capital principal consultant Benny Tan, Realestate.com.kh CEO Tom O’Sullivan and SC Capital principal consultant William Nai. 

The speakers will cover a wide range of topics including foreign property ownership in Cambodia, consumer trends, investment opportunities in Sihanoukville and Chroy Changvar, Special Economic Zone investment as well as cross border data penetration, among others. With the help of its strategic media partners, Realestate.com.kh is extensively promoting the event locally as well as internationally in order to attract all the potential investors in ASEAN and mainland China.

Additionally, a substantial influx of attendees is expected to come from within the venue, NagaWorld, as in-room advertising and banner display advertising will be done during the event days. 

The event will also feature local and international developers, as well as related businesses with a focus on the property sector and a high value audience.
