Companies Must Re-register Online By 31 March

The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) recently introduced an automated online business registration system intended to streamline the incorporation process and make it more accessible and transparent. All newly incorporated companies in Cambodia are now obliged to upload all relevant documents that are required by the MoC onto the online system. Existing companies are likewise required to re-register online by 31 March.
