Dynamo Innovative Digital Advertising Agency and Jump Digital Asia will jointly invest and form a new digital agency, Jump Digital (Cambodia) Co. Ltd.

Dynamo will merge all its current operations and assets into the new company and hold 49 percent. Jump Digital Asia will be the majority shareholder with 51 percent.

Anthony Galliano will be Chairman of the new company and former Cellcard and Mobimedia executive, Marlon Mendoza, will be Chief Executive Officer. The shareholders have agreed to expand into Laos in the near future.

Jump Digital (Cambodia) will offer web design & development, mobile app development, digital campaigns & SEO, social media strategy, event activation, video and animation production, display media optimisation, and audience analytics.

“Although the market is crowded with marketing and advertising agencies that fill certain niches, our ambition was always to become a full-service digital agency with a full portfolio of creative and high-end products that can reach new heights in creativity and innovation. I couldn’t have joined forces with a more talented and leading-edge company than Jump,” said Anthony Galliano, Chairman of Dynamo Digital.

Jed Marcaida, Founder and Chairman of Jump Digital said “Cambodia is an attractive market for our products and services and fits nicely into our regional expansion strategy. Although headquartered in the Philippines, we are now present in Indonesia, Singapore, and Myanmar. Cambodia is a welcomed addition. The synergies and capabilities between the two groups will create an amazing force in the digital space in the Cambodian market.”

The new company will begin its operation immediately.
