Citadines Flatiron Phnom Penh to Open On March 15 2022

The Citadines serviced residence, Citadines Flatiron Phnom Penh, is set to open in Phnom Penh, Cambodia 15th March 2022.
The 315-unit apartment and hotel is located within the Flatiron by Meridian, a 41-storey mixed-use integrated development comprising of Grade A offices and retail, developed by Meridian International Holdings and which we published an article in early 2021.
Citadines Flatiron Phnom Penh is owned by the Ascott Limited (“Ascott”), CapitaLand’s wholly-owned lodging business unit. There are 11 room and apartment categories comprising of Hotel rooms, Studios, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom and Three-Bedroom apartments, short and long stay business and leisure travellers will be spoilt for choice in this work-live-play destination.

All units boast floor-to-ceiling windows while apartment categories are fitted with a well-equipped modern kitchenette, separate bathroom and living areas for the comfort of all our guests.
There will also be facilities such as a swimming pool, children’s playroom, breakfast and residents’ lounge, meeting rooms, all-day dining café and restaurants, in-room dining, a Social Lounge, Fitness Zone, Yoga Room, Sauna, and Launderette.
This will be Ascott Limited’s third property in the Kingdom, with CASA Meridian Residences and Somerset Norodom Phnom Penh, the other two.

The Khema Group also plans to open their new restaurant concept, Siena Restaurant which is intended to be an Italian Steakhouse with celebrity chef Luu Meng.
