Frasers Hospitality, a subsidiary of Frasers Property, announced the official grand opening of its inaugural property in the Kingdom of Cambodia with Capri By Fraser, Phnom Penh opening its doors at the start of August 2023. Capri By Fraser, Phnom Penh Celebrates Grand Opening Announced at the start of 2022, Frasers had said it was developing three properties in Cambodia as part of its expansion strategy throughout Southeast Asia. According to a report by Travel Daily Media, Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh has 86 rooms to mark Frasers Hospitality's debut in the kingdom.  The grand opening ceremony was graced by Cambodia's Senior Minister for Special Missions, General Kun Kim and Singapore's Ambassador to Cambodia, Teo Lay Cheng. Capri by Fraser in Phnom Penh is situated in the heart of the capital and in close proximity to multinational corporations, embassies, attractions, and shopping malls, trendy restaurants and entertainment venues. The property offers an array of dining options and an immersive urban experience.

Expanding Frasers Hospitality's Presence in Southeast Asia

Following the successful launch of its first property in Phnom Penh, Frasers Hospitality now boasts a portfolio of 20 properties, comprising over 4,500 units across eight gateway cities in Southeast Asia.  The company has 10 more projects in the pipeline, set to open in nine cities in Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam within the next five years. The two additional properties in Phnom Penh will further drive the company's growth strategy in Cambodia.   • 78-room Capri by Fraser, City Centre Phnom Penh – Originally scheduled for 2024
  • 200-room Fraser Residence Sen Sok, Phnom Penh – Originally scheduled for  2026
