What Properties will Frasers Hospitality be launching in Cambodia?

Ms Tonya Khong, Senior Vice President, Head of Asia Pacific at Frasers Hospitality, said, “In the last decade, Phnom Penh has evolved into a thriving and vibrant city. Coupled with a young, dynamic economy and strong pandemic recovery measures in Cambodia, we are excited to introduce our range of Frasers Hospitality brands to cater to different markets and offer the quality experiences we are known for.”

The Group announced plans for three properties:

The first property is the 88-room Capri by Fraser located in the capital Phnom Penh and is the first due to open – in October 2022. Guests can enjoy the Spin & Play concept; utilising self-service laundrettes while having a go at video games on the latest consoles, as well as access to a state-of-the-art 24-hour gymnasium.

The Den will be a large communal space “fitted out with the latest technology that is perfect for workcations.”

A second Capri by Fraser property will be launched only 5-minutes away in the city centre, with 78 rooms, and is due for completion in 2024.

Frasers Hospitality said in February 2022, that both properties will feature a mix of hotel rooms, studio apartments and 1-bedroom units “targeted at transient business travellers and mid-level executives on extended stays.”

The third property will be a 200-room Fraser Residence Sen Sok and is scheduled to be complete in 2026. The serviced apartment is expected to accommodate expatriates on extended stays and is “part of an integrated development that includes a retail mall, medical centre and office tower.”
